ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING
Regular board meetings of the GVMWC Board of Directors are typically held on the third Monday of each month. Shareholders and customers of Green Valley Mutual Water Company are eligible to attend any Board of Directors meeting. Those interested in attending a meeting are required to submit written notice at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you wish to make a public comment during the meeting, please also state so in your request to attend.
Agendas for any regular board meetings and accompanying documents are posted at least 90 hours prior to the meeting. Special meeting agendas are posted 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
